These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AITrafficTool website, software, training, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by McReaSoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and your active purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and its training materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your account or the training content except as expressly permitted (for example, agency sub-accounts where included in your plan).

3. Purchases, Billing & Refunds

Products are sold and processed through ClickBank, our authorized retailer. Your credit card statement will show a charge from CLKBANK*. Pricing is shown at checkout. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us through our support center within 60 days of purchase for a refund in accordance with ClickBank’s return policy.

4. Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK)

Certain features use third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI). Where the Service uses your own API key, you are responsible for your provider account, its costs, and compliance with that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party provider availability, pricing, or output.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to violate the terms or content policies of any platform (including social networks and AI providers); or to misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is required. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish, including compliance with advertising, affiliate-disclosure (e.g., FTC), and platform rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and training materials, is owned by us and protected by law. Content you generate using the tools is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, traffic, or earnings. Any examples are for illustration only and are not typical. Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
